Rick began his career in Operations, establishing lean and efficient processes in a start-up environment. He has extensive experience in a President role leading teams while coaching for success. Rick has led many change initiatives around tying standard business processes into ERP systems to foster transparency and timeliness. He has led website and marketing overhauls and spent many years in a sales environment. Over the last several years he has helped distressed companies improve their operations to become profitable.
